Over the course of a three-week sprint, our team collaborated with a healthcare client to enrich and inspire the design of a new Personal Health Record (PHR) dashboard for members. We leveraged former member research, utilized insights from competitive analysis, and performed comprehensive desktop research to gain a deeper understanding of member Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), expectations, and preferences concerning a digital PHR platform. Our result was a forward-thinking, medium-fidelity wireframe that targeted crucial opportunity areas and expanded the horizons of what could be.
