In Summer 2024, the ECMC Group partnered with Rêve Consulting to launch Co-Lab—a dynamic, centrally located space designed to support young adults in achieving their mental and physical health, financial wellness, educational, and career goals.
 

Our vision for Co-Lab was to engage the full workforce ecosystem in closing the racial equity gaps that persist in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area, with a particular focus on addressing employment disparities for young adults of color—especially within Black communities between the ages of 16 and 24.
 

Co-Lab, created by students for students, is an evolving program that connects young people across the Twin Cities with valuable resources and partner organizations. It’s a place where they can build social networks and gain the insights and tools they need to thrive in both their academic and career pursuits.
